What NourIA is
An AI-assisted personal nutrition and wellness app. It is NOT a medical device and does not replace a health professional.
Requirements
You must be over 18, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, provide accurate information and accept the terms. Privacy and AI limitations are explained separately.
Limitation of liability
NourIA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.
Intellectual property
Rights in the service belong to its owners. The content you generate is yours; you grant us a limited licence to provide the service.
What NourIA is NOT
It is not a doctor, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and is neither a medical device nor an emergency service.
AI limitations
It may generate incorrect, incomplete or biased responses. Nutritional estimates are approximate. Quality depends on the information you provide.
When NOT to follow its recommendations
If you have a chronic illness, severe allergies, an eating disorder, are pregnant or take medication that interacts with food, always consult a professional.
Emergencies
For a severe allergic reaction, chest pain, loss of consciousness or any serious symptom, do NOT use NourIA. Call 112.
