Joint controllers
NourIA is jointly promoted by Ignacio Rivero Gavarrón and Jacobo Mata Pinilla, who act as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR.
Data we collect
Identification data (name, email, date of birth), health data with your explicit consent (weight, allergies, medication, symptoms, habits), AI-derived data (messages, nutritional estimates), and technical data (anonymised IP address, device).
Purposes
Providing the service, AI personalisation, support, product improvement using aggregated data and legal compliance. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Providers
Provisional text: Firebase for authentication and data; OpenAI to analyse messages, images and food and health context; Langfuse to record calls; DuckDuckGo for searches when a query needs current information. Separate permission is requested before the first transmission to OpenAI, and you can withdraw it in Settings. The final policy and processing terms are pending review.
